Housing Assistance

Safe, Stable Housing is the First Step We partner with clients to navigate the process of finding and applying for housing that meets their unique needs. Our support services include assistance with exploring:

• Navigation of low-income and subsidized housing applications.

• Information on specialized housing for individuals with disabilities and senior citizens.

• Resource coordination for rental assistance and housing voucher programs.

• Referral support for rehabilitation facilities and mental health housing programs.

We maintain relationships with community landlords to help advocate for individuals who may face barriers due to a lack of rental history, recovery status, or re-entry after incarceration.

Employment Support

Preparing for Long-Term Career Success Our employment services focus on equipping you with the skills and connections needed to enter the workforce. We support clients through:

• Résumé development and professional branding.

• Navigational assistance for job searches and online applications.

• Employer outreach and advocacy to help open doors.

• Retention coaching to help you keep your job once you’ve been hired.
